The room was clean. I found it super clean upon arrival. the soundproofing was really effective. I wasn't disturbed by outside noise AT ALL!!! the location is also very convenient. It's close to transport links and local amenities, made getting around easy.
there was limited space for clothes storage. only a couple of hangers and hooks were available, which wasn't quite sufficient for my needs. more storage would definitely improve the functionality of the room.

there were several good value food options very close to the hotel, offering varied cuisines. i noticed some charming little restaurants within a short walk, so i had plenty to pick from! also, a good supermarket is just around the corner.

the hotel's location is amazing, since it's within walking distance of key attractions and public transport. access to various city center plazas is easy with a short walk. bolt or uber were easily available.

The staff were friendly and cute. Their service was really helpful. i needed extra towels, and the staff gave them to me very quickly. the daily room cleaning kept everything fresh.

i appreciate the very clean room. the hotel location is great, near many restaurants. the metro station is also close by. i found the reception staff helpful with quick check in.
the faucet in the bathroom was slightly inconvenient to use.

The staff was helpful enough.
The room was quite small (I barely had space to move around). There was no place to put my belongings besides the floor, not ideal. I also missed having basic amenities like a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

The faucet in the bathroom was so inconvenient to use. I am not sure I buy the hotel's reason of 'environment'. There was no power socket near the small desk, a real pain. my room lacked a kettle. No fridge was present either. These omissions complicated simple tasks, and I found them frustrating.
